About

The open side of the workshop.

Greenthumb Abbey is the public, portfolio, and open-source side of Burnt Thumb Works, a small software studio. We build websites, tools, automation, and a few products of our own. The work worth sharing in the open lives here.

Burnt Thumb Works is the studio — client websites, AI-assisted workflow setup, automation, records systems, and product work. If you want something built, that's where to go: burntthumbworks.com.

Greenthumb Abbey is where we publish developer tools, reusable templates, demos, and open-source projects — the experiments and public-good work, plus the occasional "look what we made." It's a workshop you can walk through, not a storefront.

When a project here grows into something the studio offers commercially, it moves over to Burnt Thumb Works. Everything that stays is free to read, borrow, and build on.

How this place works

Built in the open

Projects show up here as they're built, with their status marked. You see the work as it really is.

Free to borrow

Templates and tools are meant to be taken and adapted. If something saves you an afternoon, good.

Public-safe

Everything here is cleaned for sharing — the studio's client work stays at Burnt Thumb Works.
